Colleen Davis is a Dillon native, who is familiar with the community and the surrounding area, and all the amenities they have to offer. An avid outdoorswoman, Colleen has a great passion for archery and bowhunting. After graduating from Beaverhead County High School, Colleen attained her Bachelors Degree from Western Montana College. Colleen is also the proprietor of Bad Ass Coffee, adding the role of small business owner to her resume. Having extensive experience in banking, management and retail service, Colleen understands the value of excellent customer relations, and applies those values to her real estate transactions. Dan Allhands is a lifelong resident and third generation rancher in the Ruby Valley. He and his wife Jody have raised four boys, and they all remain in the Ruby and own and operate their own businesses. Dan and Jody operate a commercial cow/calf operation on the Ruby River south of Alder, as well as co-owning Allhands Excavation LLC.

Dan obtained his real estate license in 2002 and has been associated with Gold West Realty  since 2004.

Born and raised on a cattle ranch, in Twin Bridges, Montana Dave Ashcraft and his family still own and operate the ranch, where they run 500 commercial mother cows. After receiving his business degree from Western Montana College, in 1987, he and his wife, Cindy, are raising the next generation, Jonathon, Katie and Kristen at the ranch. Dave has been a sales associate since 1995.
In 2005, Dave and Cindy built the Big Hole C4 Lodge on the ranch property at Twin Bridges. The Big Hole C4 is an all-inclusive fly-fishing lodge located on the banks of one of Montana’s Blue Ribbon trout streams.
Dave’s agricultural heritage runs deep in the ranching tradition. He has a great understanding of the skills necessary to live and prosper in this area, and is always willing to lend a hand.
